Alright, let's get this Tranquility quest sorted. First things first, you'll need to head over to Lowtown. Make your way to Lirene's Fereldan Imports and have a chat with Lirene. She'll give you the lowdown on Anders, who used to be a Grey Warden. Your next stop is Darktown to find him. He's usually in the northeast part of the area, tending to a young boy. When you talk to him, be mindful of your dialogue choices – they'll impact your Friendship or Rivalry with him.

If you haven't explored Darktown much yet, now's a good time. Head south from where you found Anders to the Abandoned Mining Tunnels. Once you're down the steps, keep an eye out for deathroot. If you go even further down, you'll find The Remains of Sister Plinth, which will kick off another quest for you.
