    From the start, head up the staircase to the right. Kill the Shotgun Guys and collect their Shotguns. Note the platform with the Blue Key you cannot reach yet.

    Open the door to the right. Kill the Hell Knights and Imps inside the cage, then clear the rest of the Imps in the room.

    Open the door to your left. Wait by the entrance for the lift in front of you to drop, revealing a teleporter.

    At the top, open the door to your left. In this dark room with pillars, find the three pillars with blue flags.

    Head to the south part of the room and find the pillar with a blue flag. Press Circle (facing the flag) to lower it and reveal the Yellow Key. You can use the Automap (minimap (the small circular map in the bottom-left corner of your screen)) to identify switches/doors by yellow lines instead of red. The Berserk and Plasma Gun are on the opposite end. Lower the other two pillars with blue flags to access them.

    Kill all Imps, Demons, Hell Knights, and Pain Elementals in the room, then exit.

    Head back down the stairs to your right. Follow the hall until you see an opening to your left. Go through it.

    Kill the Lost Souls and Hell Knights. Follow the hall until you see the Yellow Door to your left. Open it.

    Head right and follow the right-hand wall back to the staircase. Head up the staircase.

    Head down the staircase in front of you. Go through the opening. Kill the Imps, Pain Elementals, and Hell Knights.

  1. With your back on the switch, step on teleporter #1 (with the candle).
  2. Turn right and step on the next teleporter.
  3. Turn left and step on teleporter number 3.
  4. Turn right and step on teleporter 4.
  5. Turn left. Teleporters 5, 6, and 7 are in front of you. Walk on teleporters 5 and 6, then step on #7 without falling.
  6. Turn left. Teleporters 8 and 9 are in front of you. Walk over 8 and step on 9.
  7. Turn left. Teleporters 0 and 1 (a different #1) are in front of you. Teleporter 1 has a candle. Walk to it, skipping over 0. The pillar with the Red Key will be to your left.
  8. Hit the switch near the Red Key pillar to lower it and grab the Red Key.
