Start by heading straight into the opening and dropping down. Kill the Zombiemen and Shotgun Guys.

Turn right and walk through the fake lava wall. Kill the Shotgun Guys inside, take the MegaArmor and health.

Exit this room and quickly move to the opening on the right side of the lava river.

Clear this room with a BFG or Rocket Launcher, eliminating Imps, Shotgun Guys, and Heavy Weapon Dudes.

Find a white wall, lower it like a lift to reveal an opening, and go through.

Follow the left wall to a teleporter, killing Imps, Shotgun Guys, Heavy Weapon Dudes, and Hell Knights along the way.

Step through the teleporter. Kill the Lost Souls and collect the Blue Key.

Drop down to the pit on your right. Kill the Demons, Arachnotrons, and Shotgun Guys.

Head up the stairs. Destroy the barrels on the platform to your left, then run across them to reach a platform with a Megasphere. Grab it.

Drop down the pit below and head back up the stairs.

Go through the door to your right. Walk straight until you see a black flag on the left wall.

Open the black flag like a door and go through. Collect the Energy Cell Packs and leave the room.

Head left to a teleporter and step in it. You will be teleported back to the level's starting point.

Head straight and drop to the floor below. Go to the gray wall at the other end of the room.

Lower the gray wall like a lift, ride it to the top, and head right.

Follow the walkway until you see a Blue Door to your left. Open it and go through.

Eliminate the Zombiemen, Shotgun Guys, and Imps with a BFG blast. Collect all the ammo.

Head down the stairs at the other end of the room. Lower the lift at the bottom, ride it to the top.

Kill the Shotgun Guys and Hell Knights. Head down the stairs across from you.

Walk straight; the floor will lower. Kill the Imps and Heavy Weapon Dudes.

Lower the lift at the other end of the room, ride it to the top. Kill the Imps, Heavy Weapon Dudes, and Hell Knights.

Find and hit a switch on one of the pillars. This will lower the wall in the middle of the room, revealing the exit teleporter. Step on it to exit the level.
