    Open the first door and kill the Shotgun Guys. Collect their Shotguns.

    Open the door to your right (a switch), kill the Imps, and hit the switch.

    Open the door across from you. Kill the Cacodemons and Lost Souls. Head up either staircase.

    Walk up to the Soulsphere and you will be teleported.

    Kill the Imps in the cages to your left and right with a Rocket Launcher. Drop down.

    Kill the Demons. Face the Imp Cage in the southwest and fire anything but the BFG, Rocket Launcher, or Plasma Gun to make a platform rise to a door with a switch.

    Hit the switch to lower a pillar behind you. Ride the pillar to the top.

    Run across the gap to the platform. Open the door next to you and go through it.

    Head down the stairs to your right. Kill the Cacodemons, collect Rockets, and get the Red Key.

    Follow the hall to an opening. Back up and run through the opening into the river.

    Head up the stairs. At the top, go through the opening to your right.

    Turn right and walk straight. Wait for the crushing ceiling to rise, get past it, and head left.

    Kill the Imps above you. Head up the stairs at the other end of the room.

    At the top, kill the Cacodemon and hit the switch on the pillar.

    Head back down the stairs. Go through the opening to your left. Drop down to the floor below.

    Get the Blue Key. Drop down to the floor below.

    Follow the pathway until you reach a large group of Spectres. Kill them.

    Collect all the Stimpacks and head down the stairs to your right.

    Go through the opening at the other side of the stairs. Turn around. You will see Red, Blue, and Yellow Bars.
