    Open the door in front of you and proceed into the area.

    Kill the Imps below you and drop down to the floor.

    Go through the opening and head up the stairs to the left.

    At the top, turn left and kill all the Zombiemen.

    Walk forward; the lift to your right will lower. Get on it and ride it to the top.

    Kill all the Imps and, on high skill levels, the Heavy Weapon Dude.

    Head straight down the stairs in front of you, then up the second staircase, killing all the Heavy Weapon Dudes.

    Kill the Shotgun Guys and Heavy Weapon Dudes in front of you.

    Head down the stairs in front of you.

    Collect Medikits in the openings to the right and left if needed.

    Get the Chaingun in the middle of the room.

    Head up the next staircase.

    At the top, get the Blue Key.

    Open the Blue Door to the left and go through it.

    Follow this hallway to a switch, killing all Heavy Weapon Dudes, Imps, and Shotgun Guys in your way.

    Open the Blue Door to the left and go through it.

    Turn right and cross the rising bridge to a teleporter, killing any leftover enemies.

    Step into the teleporter.

    Grab the Medikits in front of you.

    Open the door in front of you and go through it.

    Drop down to the ground below you.

    Collect the Red Key; pillars around you will start lowering.

    Kill all the Demons.

    Turn right and hit the switch on the right; a lift to your left will lower.

    Get on the lift and ride it to the top.

    Kill the Demons.

    Open the Red Door and go through it.

    Hit the exit switch.

  • Medikits are available in openings to the right and left before the first staircase.
  • A Chaingun is located in the middle of the room before the first staircase.
