    As soon as you start, open the door right in front of you and head through. You'll immediately face a Demon – take it down. Then, make a right turn.

    Follow this hallway. You'll see some doors and openings to your left and right, but for now, just keep going straight. You'll encounter Shotgun Guys, Cacodemons, Imps, and more Demons along the way, so be ready to fight. Your goal here is to reach an Invincibility Sphere.

    Once you spot that Invincibility Sphere, grab it! Then, move through the opening directly in front of you.

    Inside this new area, you'll find some Imps to deal with. After you clear them out, head to the far end of the room to grab some Stimpacks and Shotgun Shells.

    From there, take the opening to your right. Follow this hallway until you reach another opening.

    Before you rush into the next area, pause for a second. There are more Imps and Demons waiting for you. Take them all out. If you're playing on the Ultra Violence difficulty, this is where you'll meet your first Mancubus – a tough one, so focus on taking it down quickly.

    After clearing the area, go through the opening to your right. You'll see two small openings on your left and right, and three directly in front of you. Enter the middle one of the three in front.

    You'll be teleported into a new spot. Deal with the Demons here. Once they're dead, walk up to the switch in front of you. You'll hear a door open somewhere.

    Now, turn around and head back through the teleporter you just came from.

    Back in the previous hallway, turn right. The opening to the left of where you entered should now have a switch. Heads up: If the door closes before you can hit this switch, you'll need to go back through the teleporter, walk up to the switch in that room, and try again. Once you can reach it, hit that switch!

    Doing so will transport you to a secret level. Congrats!
Tips
  • Don't be afraid to use the Invincibility Sphere right before a tough fight; it can save your skin.
  • Keep an eye on your ammo, especially for the shotgun, as you'll be using it a lot in the earlier parts of this level.
  • If you're struggling with the Mancubus on Ultra Violence, try to circle-strafe around it while firing.
