From the start, go through the opening in front of you and step back to trigger a teleportation of Shotgun Guys. Kill them using walls for cover (press the cover button to crouch behind walls or objects).

Once all Shotgun Guys are dead, go back through the opening. Head down the stairs to your left and into the opening in front of you.

Turn right, kill the Imps, and hit the switch at the other end of the room. This lowers a wall next to you, revealing an opening.

Enter the opening, kill the Spectres, and go through the next opening, heading straight.

You will see a river of slime below. Drop down to it and head right.

Follow the slime river until you see an opening to your left. Go through it.

Kill the Imps and Shotgun Guys in front of you, then head up the stairs.

At the top, kill the Imps and Shotgun Guys, and grab the Red Key to your left.

Head back down the stairs. Facing the opening leading to the slime river, turn right and lower the lift in front of you.

Ride the lift to the top. Get on the platform in front of you, head straight, and open the Red Door across from you. Go through it.

In this room, kill the Imps. Walk around either side of the pillar to get the Blue Key.

Leave this room. Go back through the opening across from you.

Grab the Armor and Medikit to your right if needed. Go through the next opening.

Turn right and follow the walkway, killing any Shotgun Guys or Demons, until you see a Blue Door to your right.

Open the Blue Door and go through it. Step on the exit teleporter.

Tips

Use the walls for protection when fighting the initial wave of Shotgun Guys.
Be aware of teleporting Shotgun Guys and Barons of Hell after obtaining the Red Key.
Grab the Armor and Medikit if your health or armor is low before proceeding to the Blue Door.
