As soon as your MCV deploys itself, get a Power Plant up and running. While that's building, you'll be getting a steady stream of Riflemen and Rangers. Just stack 'em up near your Construction Yard for now.

Once the Power Plant is done, build an Ore Refinery and plop it down above and to the left of your Construction Yard. Then, build a Barracks right below the Construction Yard.

Now, this next part isn't strictly necessary to *win* this mission, but trust me, you'll be using this base again later. So, anything you build now saves you time down the road. Go ahead and build a Silo or two. After that, let's get some defenses up: place a Pillbox above and to the left of your Ore Refinery, another one below your Barracks, and a third one to the left of your Construction Yard. That should give you enough protection for now.

To actually finish the mission, grab all those Riflemen and Rangers you've been piling up. Head west, through the ore field. Keep an eye out for those pesky Attack Dogs! As soon as you spot any explosive barrels, shoot 'em – they do a ton of damage to the Soviets.

You'll find the Soviet base a good ways west, about a full screen's distance. Your objective here is to wipe out every single building in their base. Once you've done that, any remaining Soviet forces scattered around the map will likely come charging at you. Take them all out.

After you've cleared out all the enemies, your convoy will arrive. The mission wraps up once you escort your convoy back to your base and they exit the screen to the south.
