Deploy your MCV, then build a power plant and an ore refinery above it. Defend against initial unit attacks with tanks and V2 rockets.

Use your scout plane to explore the map, primarily diagonally down and left from your base.

Once you have about ten Mammoth tanks, advance down the main path towards the Allied base. Be cautious of mines; stop to let damaged tanks regenerate if necessary.
