As soon as you gain control, immediately run your troops down to the right. This is crucial to avoid the explosion from the barrels ahead.

Continue down the hallway, passing through another set of barrels. Once you're clear, turn around and shoot one of the barrels to take out any soldiers still pursuing you.

Head west until you find a small room filled with attack dogs. Shoot the explosive barrels in this room to free them. Once they're free, gather them up and continue heading west.

You'll encounter another pair of soldiers near some more barrels. Take them out using the barrels for an easy kill. Keep moving west.

You'll enter a room with crates blocking your path. Deal with the guard who runs up the screen, then proceed further up to eliminate the guard near your engineers and rifleman. Free them and then head east.

Take the first turn you get heading north. You'll find two alcoves, each containing one of the four terminals you need to activate. Place an engineer in front of each terminal.

Continue east, past the reactor. On the other side, you'll find two more terminals. Get an engineer to activate both of them.

Now, head towards the fifth terminal located on the wall. Be aware that it's guarded by some soldiers. After activating this terminal, two flame towers will deploy near the main computer.

Finally, send an engineer to activate the terminal located behind the newly deployed flame towers. This will complete the mission.

Tips

Explosive barrels are your best friend in this mission. Use them to clear out groups of enemies and dogs efficiently.
Don't rush past the initial barrels; the explosion can easily wipe out your starting troops.
Make sure to free the attack dogs early on, as they can be very helpful in clearing out subsequent enemy groups.
Prioritize getting your engineers to the terminals as quickly as possible.
