The game divides Sentinels into four generations, each with an equivalent design function to character classes or unit types. Sentinels of the same generation will have access to a general arsenal shared between them and will have similar attributes. A well-rounded approach of having a diverse mix of Sentinels for each wave is the best strategy for ensuring that you have the right tools for each situation. This section introduces the role of each Sentinel generation and reviews each ability available to them, distinguishing useful abilities from mediocre ones to spend your Meta-Chips most efficiently. Every armament available to two or more pilots of each generation is listed here. Unique armaments are listed on the pages for the pilot that they’re unique to.
