Titan Quest 2 Warfare Tier 4 skills: Cross cut (6) passive and Hamstring (6) active. Learn their effects, levels, and tips.
Cross cut (6) Passive Skill
This skill modifies Dual weapon (a type of weapon mastery). It provides a chance to hit two enemies with a single attack, with a 90-degree arc, targeting two enemies.
It is considered a nice-to-have skill and a good addition to the dual wield tree. It requires six points to max.
- Level 1: 3% Chance
- Level 2: 4% Chance
- Level 3: 6% Chance
- Level 4: 7% Chance
- Level 5: 9% Chance
- Level 6: 10% Chance
Hamstring (6) Active Skill
This skill modifies Onslaught (a type of skill). It slows enemies and lowers their defense for 3 seconds, reduces armor for 6 seconds, and slows movement for 5 seconds.
On the Onslaught tree, Ignore Pain is considered much better to max than Hamstring. The reduce armor and reduce defense effects are very small in later difficulties, and you will need modifiers to truly take advantage of this skill. The slow affects movement, allowing you to escape, but does not slow attacks.
- Level 1: 8 reduce defense, 8 reduce armor, 10% slow
- Level 2: 12 reduce defense, 12 reduce armor, 15% slow
- Level 3: 16 reduce defense, 16 reduce armor, 20% slow
- Level 4: 20 reduce defense, 20 reduce armor, 25% slow
- Level 5: 24 reduce defense, 24 reduce armor, 30% slow
- Level 6: 28 reduce defense, 28 reduce armor, 35% slow
- Cross cut is a good passive for dual wielders, though the max 10% chance might feel small.
- Hamstring's defensive debuffs are minimal on higher difficulties without additional support.
- Consider prioritizing other skills like Ignore Pain on the Onslaught tree over Hamstring for greater impact.
- The slow effect from Hamstring only affects movement speed, not attack speed.
Improved dual-wielding capabilities with Cross cut, and enemy debuffs with Hamstring.
