    Talk to Vaska to learn about Roland Bleinheim and the enslaved Brickmakers.

    Head to the Docks and speak with Carmen. Offer to talk to the Druids for her to start the quest “Beauty and the Beast”.

    Go to the Swamp Cave. Defeat the Overseer and his attendants. A Brickmaker will inform you about the Lumberjack's Camp, and you'll find the missing Brickmaker boy.

    Reward for finding the lost Brickmaker boy: 500 XP

    Reward for freeing the Brickmakers in the Swamp Cave: 1000 XP

    Leave the Swamp Cave and head north-east to a small island north-west of the Altar of Melitele. Kill the Bloedzuigers, loot a corpse to find the “Family Ring”.

    Head south-west to the Lumberjack’s Camp. Defeat the Salamander Overseer’s Helpers and Overseer. A Brickmaker will tell you about the Nonhuman camp.

    Go to the Druid Grove and speak with the Hierophant. Ask about cures for lycanthropy.

    Head east to the Collapsed Tower. Defeat the Salamanders holding the last group of Brickmakers.

    Reward for freeing the Brickmakers near the Collapsed Tower: 1000 XP

    Return to Vaska to report. She will give you a book and refer you to the Hierophant regarding the Salamandra base. Speak to her about the missing boy to finish “A Lost Lamb”.
Tips
  • The “Family Ring” quest is technically done out of order, but it saves travel time. You will receive the XP for it when the associated quest officially begins.
  • The Hierophant offers dialogue options regarding Geralt's relationship with the Scoia'tael and his poker skills.
  • The Hierophant suggests three cures for lycanthropy: a shirt of Fool’s Parsley, an alchemist-crafted cure, or true love.
