Herrick's Handiwork

Talk to Caleb Herrick or Velma Ballard in Stellar Bay, Monarch, to start the quest.

If you speak with Herrick first, ask him about Velma. You can learn the location of their stash by asking, "How long can you afford to miss work?" You can also learn that Velma may be embezzling money by asking, "Any suggestions for how to put pressure on Velma to negotiate?"

Speak with Velma. She will mention a missing employee, which can start the quest The Secret People.

To resolve Herrick's Handiwork, you have two main options:

• Persuade Velma: Pass a [Persuade 100] skill check to convince Velma to pay her workers.

Find the Stash: If you learned about the stash from Herrick, you can find it and inform him.
