A Family Matter

1. You'll start this quest by talking to Agnes Needham. She's hanging around the southeastern gate of Stellar Bay on Monarch. Agnes is worried about her son, Tucker, who she believes has run off to Amber Heights because of the Iconoclast broadcasts. She's convinced these broadcasts have filled his head with nonsense and wants you to bring him back. If you agree to help, the quest begins.
2. Your next stop is Amber Heights, located south of Stellar Bay. Once you arrive, make your way to the northern part of town. Look for a building on the west side; this is where you'll find Tucker Needham. It seems Agnes was right about the broadcasts – Tucker has definitely bought into the Iconoclast ideology.
