She's got some family drama she wants you to help her with – specifically, meeting her parents. Sounds like a real blast, right? You'll usually hit Byzantium after finishing up "Balance Due" or "Radio Free Monarch," so keep that in mind for when this pops up.

Once you're ready, head over to Byzantium's Estate District. Look for the Fenhill Estate – it's north of the stairs that lead to the Acropolis District. Once you're inside, push through the doors to the east. You'll find Ellie's parents, or rather, her mom Marilyn and dad. Ellie's going to try and act all uncouth to get a rise out of them, as requested. Honestly, it's kinda fun to mess with her expectations, but either way, things go south fast.
