Head to the west side of the sand pit to find a higher level with a chest. Use the Sand Wand to reach it and open the chest for a piece of Treasure.

Return to the lower level and head west. Roll both pillars west into pits.

Raise yourself to the level where the higher pillar was, then head north, then west into a sandy room with eye switches.

Shoot all three eye switches within a limited time. First, raise yourself to shoot the two eye switches above, then drop down to the north and shoot the last one.

The door to the east will open. Head through and find another pillar.

Get into the alcove on the right and push the pillar south.

Head north and raise yourself to the northwest ledge.

Push the pillar back north to create a bridge across the gap. Cross it.

Push the pillar south again to create another bridge. Cross it.

Head west into a room with two Gerunes. Defeat them.

A chest will appear back east.

Head north and use the Sand Wand to enter the room with the map.

Observe the map diagram, which indicates the small key is hidden in the sand between the location of the first three eye switches and the eye switch in the northeast corner where you had to shoot between boulders.

Exit the map room via the south path using the Sand Wand.

Cross the pillar and open the chest for a Red Rupee.

Fall down south and head towards the boulder hall.

To pass the rolling boulders, get on the small sand pit and raise yourself to the long ledge on the right. Follow it and wait for an opening, then rush through to the other side.

Shoot the eye switch to open the door ahead. Push aside any boulders blocking the switch with the Sand Wand before shooting it.

Continue west to face new enemies called Ergtoroks.

To defeat Ergtoroks: Use the Sand Wand where sand kicks up to reveal their location, which will raise and stun them. Raise yourself to their level using the Sand Wand and slash them.

Defeating all three Ergtoroks will cause a chest to appear on the upper ledge to the west.

Use the Sand Wand to reach the upper ledge and open the chest for a Red Rupee.

Use the Sand Wand to raise sand in the general area where the small key should be, and you should find it.

Use the Sand Wand to fall down the south way.

Push the boulder onto the catapult, then hit the switch to fling the boulder at the cracked wall, breaking it.

Head downstairs.
