    Head right to the diagonal line of blocks.

    Pick up a block from below and throw it upwards when a Lakitu (an enemy that throws Spinies) is near the top of the diagonal blocks.

    Go up the blocks you placed and jump into the remaining cloud.

    Head upward to a new area.

    Hit the ? block on the left.

    Carry the item from the ? block over to the Keyhole on the right.
