Dino-Rhino

Learn how to defeat the Dino-Rhino in Super Mario World. Discover its size, how it transforms, and Yoshi's interaction.

The Dino-Rhino is a larger version of the Dino-Torch, approximately the size of Super Mario. It walks around and is slower than the Dino-Torch.

How to defeat:

1. Jump onto the Dino-Rhino once. This will cause it to transform into a Dino-Torch.
2. You can then defeat the Dino-Torch immediately.
3. Alternatively, you can defeat the Dino-Rhino straight away with a spin jump or a cape feather spin.
4. A Dino-Rhino cannot be eaten by Yoshi.
5. However, if you are riding Yoshi and jump on the Dino-Rhino, you will defeat it without it reverting to its smaller Dino-Torch form.
