This course isn't too tough! We're going to grab all the underwater coins first, then hop onto the ship to snag the rest. This way, you can grab the Star right after collecting the final coin.
Walkthrough
- 1Coin 1: Start the level by heading right, down the sandy slope. You'll see a platform with a pole nearby. Jump onto the pole, climb to the very top, and do a handstand to collect the first Red Coin.
- 2Coin 2: Jump into the water right below where that pole was. On the same platform, there's an oyster shell. Approach it super slowly; if you go too fast, it'll snap shut and hurt you. The coin is inside!
- 3Coin 3: Dive into the water from the starting area. Look to your left – there's another oyster shell. Swim up to it very, very slowly to just barely grab the coin inside.
- 4Coin 4: Again, jump into the water from the start and swim forward. You'll come across a third oyster shell. This one also has a Red Coin, but be careful! Swim up extremely slowly so the shell doesn't snap shut on you.
- 5Coin 5: Head to the deepest part of the bay and swim straight down. You'll see a small hole with bubbles coming out, and a Power Star nearby. The coin is inside another oyster shell right next to it. Approach with caution!
- 6Coin 6: Swim back up to the surface. Near the ship, you'll spot a platform. You can jump onto it from the ground along the side wall. Once on the platform, hit the switch. This creates a pathway on the ledges in front of you. Quickly but carefully cross this new path and jump onto the ship. The coin is floating right above the very tip of the ship's bow.
- 7Coin 7: Make your way to the back of the ship. Use a double jump to get onto the higher ledge. This coin is up here, along with the next one.
- 8Coin 8: This coin is right across from Coin 7. You really can't miss it!
Once you've got all eight Red Coins, the Star will appear on the stern of the ship. Grab it to finish the level!
