    In Shifting Sand Land, activate the cannon.

    Obtain a Wing Cap.

    Jump into the cannon.

    Aim the cannon as far to the upper-left as possible.

    Shoot yourself out of the cannon. You will hit an invisible boundary and fall back into the cannon.

    Repeat steps 3-5 until your health is completely gone. Each launch costs four pieces of health.

    When you have no health left, instead of dying, shoot yourself out of the cannon again. You will now fly around the level.
