Walkthrough

    Follow the path until a platform begins ascending.

    Continue running on the platform until you reach the final spikes.

    The platform will rise and eventually stop.

    When the platform stops, EggRobo will swoop down and appear in the center of the screen. (Note: Robotnik's sprite is shown, but it is EggRobo you are fighting.)

    EggRobo unleashes a laser machine. This machine is similar to Sonic 2's Wing Fortress Zone Boss, but you cannot destroy it directly.

    You must make the machine destroy itself. Each time it fires a laser, it damages itself and causes the room to cave in.

    If you have a Lightning/Water Shield, you can hit the machine, but it will have no effect.

Tips
