Head north, sticking to the east side of Brite and Lansdale. At the southeast corner, pick up the [RIOT NEWS] note.

Cross the street. On the east side, find and free the bird from [BIRDCAGE 2/5] for a longer cutscene.

Enter the Bank. If needed, grab the [FLASHLIGHT] on the right.

Explore the bank:

To the right, find a radio for DJ Ricks and a crowbar.

To the left, find a [FIRST AID KIT] at the end of a curved room.

Upstairs, find an axe in the Director's Room.

Downstairs is the VAULT.
