First things first, you need to head over to Draynor Village. Once you're there, find a building just west of the grain field. Head inside and go up the ladder. Search the cupboard you find up there to grab some garlic. After that, go back downstairs and have a chat with Morgan. He's the one who'll tell you about the pesky Dr. Harlow and the vampire problem.

Next up, make your way northeast to Varrock. Keep heading northeast from the city until you find the Jolly Boar Inn. Head inside and buy two beers from the bartender. Now, find Dr. Harlow and talk to him. Tell him that Morgan is in trouble. He'll then ask you to buy him a beer. Do this twice. On the second beer, he should start talking about how to kill vampires. If he doesn't spill the beans right away, just keep buying him beers until he does. Once he's explained things, he'll give you a stake. He'll also mention that you need a hammer to properly hit the vampire. If you don't already have a hammer, you'll need to buy one from any general store.

With your stake and hammer in hand, head back to Draynor Village. Once you arrive, make your way north into the mansion. You should now have your armor, the stake, a hammer, and the garlic. Inside the mansion, go east and you'll see a set of stairs leading down. Head down those stairs.

You'll now come face-to-face with Count Draynor, who's level 43. Equip your stake and attack him! Once he's defeated, the quest is complete. To exit the mansion, use the door to the east of the staircase and then just walk around to get out.
