Walkthrough:

1. First things first, you need to head over to the Magic Shop in Port Sarim. Grab yourself an Eye of Newt – it'll only cost you 3 coins. Once you've got that, make your way northwest until you stumble upon a chicken farm. Take down a chicken and snag a piece of meat from it.
2. Next, follow the path heading southwest. You should find yourself in a field on the west side. Here, you'll need to pick up an onion.
3. Now, head south into Rimmington. Look for Hetty; she's in the building located in the southeasternmost part of town. Chat with her, and she'll give you the lowdown on the ingredients she needs for a potion.
4. Your next stop is the building just east of Hetty's place. You'll need to kill a rat (they're level 2). If you haven't actually started the quest yet, it won't drop the rat's tail, so make sure you've spoken to Hetty first! If it does drop, pick up the rat's tail.
5. Don't sweat it if your Cooking level is too high to normally burn meat – that's actually what we want here! Head to the house just north of Betty's (yes, it's a bit confusing, but it's Betty's house you need). Cook the meat you got earlier on the range. If you *don't* burn it the first time, use the cooked meat on the range again; this is how you'll intentionally burn it.
6. Okay, you've got all the bits and pieces now. Return to Hetty with these four ingredients: an Eye of Newt, an Onion, a Rat's Tail, and the Burnt Meat.
7. Hetty will then tell you to drink from the cauldron in her house. Just right-click on the cauldron and select
