    Travel north of Yanille to find the Agility Dungeon.

    Be aware of Poison Spiders within the dungeon; bring Anti-Poison Potions.

    Pass the following obstacles:
    • Ledge (Level 42 Agility, 22.5 Experience)

    Pipe (Level 49 Agility, 7.5 Experience)

    Monkey Bars (Level 57 Agility, 20 Experience)

    Pile of Rubble (Level 67 Agility, 5.5 Experience)

    To reach the very back of the dungeon, you must have 67 Agility.

    If you can reach the back, you can fight Salarin the Twisted.

    Salarin the Twisted can only be hurt and killed by Strike spells.

    Defeating Salarin the Twisted may yield a Sinister Key.

    Use the Sinister Key to open the Herb Chest in the Skeleton room.

    Opening the Herb Chest will poison you.

    Inside the Herb Chest, you will find at least 8 herbs (all higher than Marrentill) and one Torstol herb.
