Attachment Effects:

• High Capacity Magazine: Replaces the standard magazine with a larger one. This increases bullets per magazine by 70 and stability by 7, but decreases recovery by 3. The weapon jumps less when shooting and requires less frequent reloading, but its reticule recovery rate decreases due to extra weight, and you have less overall ammunition.
• Mini Scope: A 3.5x power scope useful for long-range shots, but it occupies considerable screen space, reducing your field of vision.
• Sound Suppressor: Reduces weapon noise but does not silence it completely. Side effects include increased weapon weight and decreased damage due to subsonic ammunition. Range decreases by 6, damage decreases by 7, accuracy increases by 14, stability increases by 10, and recovery decreases by 3.

Test Run Observations:

With the High Capacity Magazine, the MTAR-21 proved disappointing. Even at close range, multiple shots were required to eliminate a single terrorist. The weapon seems designed for sustained fire by holding the trigger down, which is not ideal for surprise attacks. Sound suppressors are noted as being most effective in hostage rescue missions. The weapon's weakness is evident in its poor range and accuracy; out of 88 shots fired, only 32 hit, resulting in 36% accuracy. The score given is 36.
