High Capacity Magazine:

The High Capacity Magazine significantly increases the bullets per magazine. For the M14 Assault Rifle, this changes the bullets per magazine from 21 to 101. While the range (49), damage (100), accuracy (76), and recovery (83) remain the same, stability increases from 40 to 62 (40 + 22). The increased weight from more bullets also reduces reticule recovery time, decreasing it from 83 to 73.

Mini Scope:

A Mini Scope allows you to aim more accurately at targets from a longer range. There are no stated drawbacks for this peripheral, making it a favored choice, especially when using a shotgun.

Sound Suppressor (Silencer):

When you silence a weapon, it makes much less noise. For the M16A2 Assault Rifle, the bullets per magazine (31), accuracy (74), and stability (38) are affected. The range decreases from 39 to 19 (39 - 20), and damage decreases from 66 to 33 (66 - 33). Accuracy increases to 86 (74 + 12), and stability increases to 99 (38 + 61). Reticule recovery decreases from 90 to 86 (90 - 4).

The usage of special subsonic rounds can significantly lower range and damage. However, after the version 1.51 update, their range and damage are not as weakened; the silencer at most will half the weapon's damage, and the range will not be that much weakened. Reticule recovery will also be slightly reduced, but this is offset by the increased accuracy and stability. These are useful for saving hostages in open areas where there are no doors separating you from them.
