Narco-terrorists have taken members of the Royal Cayman Islands Police Force hostage at a private estate on Cayman Brac. The Governor's office has requested your assistance in resolving this situation. Your mission is to secure the estate and liberate the captive officers.

John Clark explains that the hostage-taking is the latest fad on Cayman Brac. The island estate belongs to Nikola Gospic, whom the local police wanted to question about a prior incident at the airport. When the police arrived, they were met with panic and opened fire. The officers who were not hit in the initial exchange fell back and called for backup, but two men were already down and a couple more were taken hostage by the individuals inside the house. Since Rainbow was in the vicinity, the Governor specifically requested your help. Fortunately, Gospic values his privacy, and the estate is walled and located in the middle of nowhere, which helps keep Rainbow's activities secret, as Rainbow is supposed to be an elite task force not known to the public.

Kevin Sweeney adds that Nikola Gospic is a well-liked philanthropist on Cayman Brac, in his 80s. Gospic has extensive business interests in Argentina and Brazil and is currently in Buenos Aires tending to them. The men holed up on Gospic's estate are presumed to be tied to the narco-terrorists previously encountered at the airstrip, as the bullets recovered from a police car match those used by the terrorists. The Cayman Authorities have positively identified two of the shooters at the house as small-time drug runners who were overheard bragging about an imminent big score.
