7.92x39 M45 Full Metal Jacket Rounds: Standard all-purpose rounds that inflict considerable damage to unarmored targets and can penetrate armored targets.

Peripherals

• High Capacity Magazine: Increases bullets per magazine by 70, Stability by 23, and decreases Recovery by 7. This attachment also reduces weapon jump when shooting and reload frequency but decreases reticule recovery rate and overall ammunition.
• Mini Scope: A 3.5x power scope useful for long-range shots but reduces field of vision due to screen space occupation.
• Sound Suppressor: Reduces weapon noise but does not silence it. Side effects include increased weapon weight and decreased damage (Range decreased by 22, Damage decreased by 40, Accuracy increased by 16, Stability increased by 55, Recovery decreased by 5).

Description

The AK-47's first shot is reasonably accurate. By single and double tapping hostiles, you are sure to come out on top. Aim for the chest, and double tap. This gun is superior to most other guns for medium-long range.

Test Run: With High Capacity Magazine

In a test run, the AK-47 with a High Capacity Magazine proved effective at various ranges, taking down patrolling terrorists in two shots and well-concealed targets in three. Even at considerable distances, enemies were dispatched quickly. In the terminal building and hangar, enemies at medium range were taken out in a single hit, with some requiring up to three shots at longer distances. Out of 60 shots fired, 36 hit their targets, considered average for an Assault Rifle. Score: 63.

Test Run: With Sound Suppressor

With a Sound Suppressor, the AK-47 allowed for stealthy takedowns, with terrorists killed one by one without drawing attention. Enemies at extreme distances were often eliminated in a single shot, even near the tarmac. In the terminal building, the silenced AK-47 made very little noise, reducing enemy detection. Most enemies on the tarmac were killed in one shot, though one by a window took three. Inside the hangar, all terrorists were killed in one shot. The overall accuracy was high, making it ideal for hostage rescue missions or stealth operations. 43 shots were fired, with 35 hitting their target (81% accuracy). Score: 65.
