Understand Rainbow Six Mobile operative statistics like Assault, Demolitions, Electronics, Sniper, Stealth, Self Control, Leadership, and Observation to optimize performance.

Assault: (All Operatives except Snipers) This statistic affects how fast an operative's aiming reticule (the crosshair that indicates where you are aiming) reaches its convergence limit (when the reticule stops moving). For maximum reticule recovery time, choose an operative with a 100 Assault Stat and use a weapon with a high recovery stat.

Demolitions: (Demolitions) This statistic determines the speed of an operative in planting or defusing explosives. To minimize the time taken to defuse bombs or place breaching charges, use Lars Beckenbauer and equip him with the Demo Kit.

Electronics: (Electronics) This statistic affects the speed of an operative in planting electronic devices. As the only electronics mission in the game is a stealth mission, and no electronics specialists have stealth ratings above 90, you should use the electronics kit to speed things up.

Sniper: (Snipers) This statistic affects how fast the aiming reticule reaches its convergence limit when using sniper rifles. If you want to use high-powered sniper rifles like the M82A1, always use an agent with a high sniper rating.

Stealth: (Recons) This statistic determines how quiet an operative is when moving.

Self Control: (All Operatives) This statistic determines how patient a computer-controlled agent is to wait for the reticule to reach its convergence limit. Therefore, an agent with good self control can shoot more accurately.

Leadership: (All Operatives) This statistic determines the response time of your fellow teammates (NPCs, or non-player characters) when you issue orders. The better the leadership, the faster the teammates respond.

Observation: (All Operatives) This statistic determines how observant an agent is and how easily they can detect other enemies.
