Head into the next room, and uh oh, the lights turn red. This is where Newberry needs to open a door, so let him do his thing. While he's busy, grab the CLIP, SHELLS, and a LARGE HEALTH PACK waiting for you on the right.

Once the door is open, Jones is going to scout ahead. He'll run into a Grunt, and honestly, he doesn't handle it well. You need to rush in quickly and take the Grunt down with your Shotgun. After dealing with the Grunt, look in the back of the room for a "Call Lift" panel. Use it to ride the lift up to the upper level, leaving the others to secure the lower area.

Hit the button to reveal the real laser grid control panel. You'll see a map and a blue button – go ahead and press it, assuming it'll shut down the correct grid.
