Walkthrough

    Follow Anderson out of the room and into a hallway. Stay on the right to find two CLIPS.

    Backtrack and take the left path to an unlocked door. A cutscene will play, showing Anderson ambushed by Strogg Scientists.

    Prepare your Shotgun. Three STROGG SCIENTISTS will appear; run close and shoot them twice.

    In the room, find a Strogg Health Station on the left wall that restores about 80 health.

    Pick up Anderson's MACHINEGUN and click the green panel to unlock doors.

    Go through either unlocked door into a larger room. Find a NAILGUN and some NAILS.

Tips
  • Strogg Scientists prefer to hover and attack with poison. Their poison damage slowly drains health and ignores armor but is weak and wears off quickly. They are not tough, so most weapons are effective. Getting close with the Shotgun is a good tactic.
  • Stroyent Health Stations restore about 80 health points.
  • The Nailgun is effective against Marines and Gunners.
  • The Rocket Launcher is powerful but be careful of the blast radius. Its upgrade allows for homing rockets.
  • Use the Rocket Launcher on the Gladiator only when its shield is down.
