Specific Pokémon Locations:
Falinks
Falinks are found around the edge of the wild zone and are always ready to battle. They can be defeated with Fairy and Psychic moves. Stealth is also an option using the bushes in the center.
Flaaffy
Flaaffy are located in the north-east part of the zone. They are passive, but an Alpha Ampharos is nearby. You can lure out the Ampharos and defeat it with Ground moves before dealing with the Flaaffy.
Starmie
Starmie is a rare spawn near the northern fountain at night, with a 10% spawn rate. If it doesn't appear, fast-travel to Wild Zone 5 and return. To catch it, clear nearby Falinks, then attempt stealth or use weak moves to whittle down its health. Net Balls or Dusk Balls are recommended.
Barbaracle
Barbaracle appear near the northern fountain at night and have a basic patrol route, making them easy to sneak up on. If stealth fails, engage them directly. They respawn after 3 minutes.
Medicham
Medicham can be found near the northern fountain during the day. Use hedges for stealthy approaches with Quick Balls, or engage them directly. They are somewhat common and respawn after 3 minutes.
Florges
Florges are a rare spawn near the northern fountain during the day, with a 15% spawn rate (split between blue and white variants). Use the same method as Starmie: fast-travel to Wild Zone 5 and return. After clearing nearby Falinks, attempt a back shot or use weak moves if stealth fails. Low catch rate may require a fight.
Froakie
Froakie is located on top of the central stone monument. It will move to scout and run if it spots you. It's often best to let it spot you and run, then hide in a bush near the monument. Wait 1 minute for a new Froakie to spawn, then use a back shot with a Net Ball.
