Delibird Location
Three Delibird are located near each entrance. They are very skittish and will flee. The one near the west entrance is easiest to find by going through the battle court and hiding in bushes. Catch rate is not high; they respawn after 2 minutes.
Machop Location
Machop are found at the battle court near the north entrance. They are aggressive and difficult to approach unnoticed. It is recommended to defeat them and use the catch window.
Snover Location
Snover are found around the main area. They are aggressive and common. KO them with super-effective moves and throw Poké Balls during the catch window. Some can be snuck up on by hiding in bushes.
Bergmite Location
Bergmite are found in the icy water west of the south entrance. Be aware of an Alpha Avalugg in the water. Bergmite attack on sight but can be surprised from afar. They respawn after 5 minutes.
Vanillite Location
Vanillite are found around the main area. They are very passive and easy to catch. Be mindful of other aggressive Pokémon nearby, especially Alpha Abomasnow.
Gogoat Location
Gogoat are found around the main area. They are aggressive with a somewhat low catch rate. You may need to KO them and use the catch window, or wait 5 minutes if you fail. Alternatively, slowly reduce their HP. Be wary of other aggressive Pokémon nearby.
Snorunt Location
Snorunt are found around the main area. They are generally passive but will attack if you fail to catch one or if caught in crossfire.
Machoke Location
Machoke are found at the battle court near the north entrance. They are aggressive and difficult to approach unnoticed. It is recommended to KO them and use the catch window. They respawn after 3 minutes if they break free. Alternatively, you can whittle down their HP.
