Locations:

• Near Wild Zone 11 and 6: From Wild Zone 11, head east along the circular road towards the park and pond area. Look for a ladder leading to a tall building. Climb up, then glide north to the adjacent building's roof to find a potential Dratini spawn. You can use the bench in the park by the lake to force a respawn (be brought back to life at a checkpoint after death).
• Bleu District: Go to Wild Zone 10 and check the building directly south near the edge of the city. A Dratini can spawn on this building’s rooftop.
• Magenta Sector 8: Near the Pokemon Center, climb up the Holovator to the road leading east. Cross the bridges and glide to the building north, then cross more bridges to find a potential Dratini spawn.
• Near Wild Zone 8: Travel to the Hibernal Pokemon Center between Jaunte and Rogue Sectors. Climb to the rooftop, cross the web bridge slightly south, then move to the rooftops north of Wild Zone 8. Glide northwest to the building within Wild Zone 8 to check this spot.
