Kecleon (Level 65)

You'll encounter a Level 65 Kecleon during the mission The Shadow Pokémon. This is your primary opportunity to snag one, so don't miss it!

Kecleon is a Normal-type Pokémon. Its signature ability, Color Change, means its type will change to match the type of the last attack it took. This can be both a blessing and a curse, so be mindful of what moves your Pokémon are using.

Strategy

Since Kecleon's type changes, it's best to have a variety of move types in your party. A Pokémon with a strong neutral attack, like a Normal-type move itself, can be effective. Be careful not to hit it with a super-effective move that you don't want it to change into, as it will then resist your attacks.

Remember to use the Snag mechanic to catch it. Having Pokémon with status moves like Sleep or Paralysis can also help make the capture process easier.
