Walkthrough
- 1Begin in the bottom level of the cavern.
- 2Defeat the Oni in the middle of the large area. Shots to the eyes are effective.
- 3Locate and defeat the Kappa, which is the main target of this mission. Be prepared for a chase as it will always run away.
Tips
- There are many optional items and chests to find throughout the area.
- After defeating the Oni, head left of the ladder to find small spirits and a corpse.
- Turn around and go up the ladder to find a big chest where the shrine was.
- Go to the slope area and up it to find a corpse.
- Drop down where the Fiend was to find another corpse.
- Head back up the slope and to the end for a chest.
- Go down the ladder area and to the end for another corpse.
- In the big area, follow the left wall from the ladder to a narrow path with a corpse.
- Head out and follow the right wall to a ledge overlooking the area for the last corpse.
- You can use the door in the tower area for protection against the second Wheelmonk, but be quick if it follows you inside.
- Check the houses to the left of the tower area; the far right one contains a Dweller and a big chest.
- A shrine is available by following the path to the corner house in the back of the area.
- Before going up the tower, break junk to the left of the fence to find a Dweller and a corpse.
- After killing the archer in the tower, drop down and move across the roof for a corpse to the right.
- Kill the Fiend guarding the path to the other half of the village.
- Before fighting the last Wheelmonk, head left across the roof to kill a Dweller and spirits.
- After defeating the last Wheelmonk, enter the nearby house for a big chest and a Dweller.
- Follow the houses across the road to find a corpse.
- Take the ladder and go right to drop down past the fire blocking the village entrance.
- Get the corpse by the well and the well item.
- Enter the left house on the main street for a small chest.
- Climb the watchtower ladder, cross over, kick down the other ladder, and drop down to find a corpse on the roof.
- Head back up the ladder and down the ramp to the end where the water barrel shortcut was.
- Put out the flame using the water barrel (watch out for the hole in the roof).
- Head back to see a corpse on the shed roof.
- Fall down and climb the nearby ladder to the water barrel.
- Drop down to loot the final corpse, which is no longer on fire.
