- 1Stay near Honda Tadakatsu during the fight.
- 2When he stops and touches his chest, attack him immediately to interrupt his Shinka Heal and prevent him from regaining full health.
- 3Dodge to the right when possible to evade his spear attacks and get behind him for punishment.
- 4Be ready to dash away from his short-range, sparkling grab attack.
- 5Recognize the sparkle of his Spear Dash, dash or roll away, and punish him afterwards.
- 6When he uses Shinka Summon (not Shinka Heal), get behind him quickly to avoid the small area attack that increases Ki cost.
- 7Dodge or guard against his Boulder Throw, which is his only long-range attack.
