Kick open the door in the long hallway. Jack must open it.

An elevator will appear with a Boomer and a Drone with a Shotgun. Use a grenade on the elevator when it's low enough to take out the shotgunner and damage the Boomer.

When the elevator door opens, use a shotgun to quickly defeat the Boomer.

After killing the enemies, Jack will open the door.

Head inside; the area is loaded with ammo, as you won't return.

Find Cog Tag (CT21) at the bottom of the stairs, near the carts.

Head upstairs to a room on the left with a computer. Press the button.

Insane Notes:

The section after the unstable floor room is difficult. Hide in the small room and shotgun Lambent Wretches through the doorway, ensuring active reloads.
On Insane mode during the mine cart ride, use the Magnum to shoot Lambent Wretches early before they explode on your cart. Shotgunning them can cause them to fall into the cart, leading to instant death. The Lancer might be better than the Magnum on Insane, but not on Casual.
During the mine cart ride, stay down to avoid Drones at the start.
When Anya reroutes the cart, prepare for Wretches from the ceiling.
Outside, ignore the Locust Drones on the far right platform as they can't hit you if you stay down.
When the cart stops inside, quickly eliminate Wretches and kill the Locust standing to the left before proceeding.
