Hey there! So, you're running into some annoying crashes or freezes in Garry's Mod, huh? Don't sweat it, it happens to the best of us. Let's go through some of the common culprits, especially if you're using the Spacebuild Enhancement Pack (SBEP). First off, if something is breaking your game or causing it to freeze up, the best thing you can do is report it. You can do this by submitting a bug report through THIS link or by posting on the Facepunch forums. Addon Conflicts are a Big One One of the most common reasons for your game to go belly-up is having conflicting addons. A big no-no is installing the current SVN version of SBEP alongside *any* other version of SBEP or SBMP. Seriously, NEVER do this, as it's guaranteed to cause code conflicts and lead to crashes. SVN Woes If you're dealing with SVN issues, like seeing a red exclamation mark on your SVN folder, it means you've changed something. The game sees your version as different from the main one. To fix this, just follow the trail of folders with those red marks, find the files you've messed with, delete them, and then update your SVN. Alternatively, you can just delete any folder with a red exclamation mark and re-update your SVN. Easy peasy. Missing Dependencies Sometimes, you'll get errors when using weapons, especially if you have the Life Support framework installed but not Gcombat. If you're getting these errors, you'll need to get Gcombat. If you really don't want to use it, well, you'll have to deal with the errors or get Gcombat anyway. Models Showing Up as Errors If your models are showing up as errors, double-check that you installed the pack correctly. Make sure all the folders starting with `SBEP_` are placed directly into your `Addons` folder. Fake Downloads If you downloaded SBEP from Garrysmod.org and can't find the new content, those versions were uploaded without permission and aren't supported.
