After saving, exit through the door. You'll find a giant tentacle wrapped around a tank.

Chapter X: Welcome Back...

Follow the path and check the ship's diagnostic report. Head down the hallway, where a voice will remind you of past events. A room on the right contains a green box. Continue through the doors until you reach the elevator. Head down the elevator and use the workbench if desired.
