Enter the decontamination room; everything will shut down for decontamination. Wait until it is complete.

Once decontamination is done, head into the next room and examine all lockers for items.

Open the next door and snipe the lurker down the hall to your left. Kill the spitter that approaches.

Peek out the door to locate and finish off the lurker. Kill the crawler to your right.

Head left down the corridor. Defeat the enhanced necro and the pregnant necro.

Continue on and you will see a Power Node box ahead.

Before reaching the box, defeat the crawler and necro that attack from behind. Grab the Power Node.

As you head back, defeat another necro. Continue back, and another crawler will attack. Defeat the lurker down the hall.

As you move forward, throw down some traps to cover (press the cover button to crouch behind walls or objects) your rear as another pregnant necro appears.

Continue forward and defeat a crawler and another necro.

Reach the end of the hallway and enter a shorter hallway with a save point.

Enter the next area, which has zero gravity. Loot the green box.

Find the [Force Energy Schematic] on the ground below.

Float around and carry the four blinking red tiles to the center object, aligning the pipes with the centrifuge. The tile will turn green when in the correct area.

Hit the blue switch to activate the centrifuge and restore gravity.

Head back the way you came and save if desired. Isaac will experience a mini-episode past the door.

Head all the way back to the decontamination room.

Set up traps around the room. Wait on the left side. As decontamination takes place, window bars will rise.

Look to the right and kill the pack members as they break through the windows. Traps will help with enemies from the left.

After 5-7 pack members are killed, enhanced necros will drop down, followed by a spitter. Switch to your most enhanced weapon and be brutal. Necros will come from the left and right. Use stasis on one side while dealing with the other.

After killing the last enemy, decontamination is complete. Gather loot and head out the door.

Head out the next door and kill the enhanced necro playing dead in the doorway.

Head back down the elevator to the store area to restock and save.

Head out to the docking station and kill the enhanced necro in front of you. Kill the second enhanced necro that drops down behind it.

As you walk towards the tram car, kill the crawlers and the necro that climbs up the left hand side. Get in the tram and hit the blue panel to ride it.

Talk to Ellie. The ship cannot go further due to an obstruction, dropping you off at the medical deck.

Exit the tram and gather nearby items. Enter the door.

As you advance, a lurker will climb the ceiling, but the real threat is an enhanced necro that charges, followed by a spitter and a crawler. Use stasis to kill them with ease.

Collect your loot and head into the next room. Find an item and a Power Node.

Enter the big room and throw a trap in the middle area.

Advance into the room; a necro will drop onto the trap and die, followed by an exploder. Kill the exploder from range.

Another duo of a necro and an exploder will follow. Be ready and kill the exploder from range.

Throw another trap down in the middle area and to the right hand side. Hack the nearby door.

Once the hack is finished, a spitter will come out, followed by a necro. Take care of the spitter. Watch out for another necro and an exploder that come out soon afterwards.

Go through the hacked door and loot the lockers on the right. Save at the nearby save station.

Check around the corner for items before proceeding through the next door.
