Alright, so you're looking to get a camel in Conan Exiles? Good news, they're actually pretty straightforward to get, not like some of the other pets you have to hunt down. You won't find these guys wandering the wilds; instead, you'll be buying them directly from a special vendor.

Here's the lowdown: You need to find Urik, Master Tamer. He's the guy you'll buy Camel Calfs from. Once you've got a calf, you'll pop it into an Animal Pen, toss in some Plant Fiber, and let it grow into an adult camel. You can then either keep it at your base or have it tag along with you. There's a special variant, the Turanian Nomad Camel, but that was tied to a Battle Pass, so don't worry too much about it for now.

Camels aren't exactly tanks – they have low health – but they can be leveled up to 20, which helps. They start with decent base stats, and while leveling is a bit random (RNG, you know how it is), feeding them can give them buffs. The real kicker with camels is their inventory space – they have 30 slots, which is fantastic for hauling loot. Just remember, you can't actually ride them like a mount, but they're invaluable for carrying stuff.

All starting attributes for camels are zero, with a 7% bonus to Strength Damage and Agility Damage. Camels make up for this with their 30 inventory slots that make hauling around items a lot easier. Like all animals, leveling your Camel is left up to RNG, but you can give Camels food to give them buffs. When leveled, they have just enough health and damage to hold their own while out on missions where you are gathering or moving materials between bases. You should also note that you can not use a Camel as a mount.

Camel Calf Locations

Getting your hands on a camel is pretty simple:

• The Exiled Lands: Head over to The Den. Look for Urik, Master Tamer. You can buy a Camel Calf from him for ten gold. Be aware that you can only buy one calf at a time from this vendor. Once you buy it, it'll be added to your inventory, increasing your carry weight by 50, so make sure you're ready to haul it home!
• Isle of Siptah: The process is the same here. Find Urik, Master Tamer again, but this time he's located at the Camp of the Castaways, an island in the northern part of Siptah. The price is still ten gold for a Camel Calf, and you can only purchase one at a time.
