Following the Age of War Chapter 2 update, caravan traders are no longer present in conan exiles, affecting both the Exiled Lands and the Isle of Siptah. This means there are currently no merchants on the Isle of Siptah, with the sole exception being the Camp of the Castaways in the northernmost part of the island. Merchants at the Camp of the Castaways only offer basic food and drink items, not thralls or legendary weapons.

Walkthrough
- 1Locate Mek-kamoses’ Spire in the desert region of the Exiled Lands, northeast of The Unnamed City and southeast of New Asagarth. New players can find it by heading north from The Summoning Place and crossing the river.
- 2At Mek-kamoses’ Spire, find Mek-kamoses as a head in a basket between two Khitan Exiled Traders.
- 3These Khitan Exiled Traders sell valuable materials, including Ancient Obolus coins, Gold and Silver coins, Alchemical Base, Steelfire, Demon Blood, and golem parts.
- 4To obtain an Ophidian Magi’s Cache, you can exchange either 15 Blood Crystals or the Severed Head of Kurak with one of the Khitan Exiled Traders.
- 5If you need Blood Crystals, refer to the dedicated guide on how to obtain them.
- 6To get the Severed Head of Kurak, enter the dungeon located on the platform to the right of the merchants. Look down and interact with the platform when the “Transportory Stone” option appears.
- 7Navigate through the dungeon, defeat enemies, and kill Kurak to obtain his head.
- 8Return the Severed Head of Kurak to the merchants to receive the Ophidian Magi’s Cache.
- 9The merchant requiring 15 Blood Crystals yields fewer materials from the cache than the one requiring the Severed Head of Kurak.

Available thralls include Acastel Ninefingers (Carpenter/Builder), Dalinsia Snowhunter (Fighter), Darmok the Experimenter (Alchemist), Gratt Stinkfinger (Tanner), Janos (Fighter), Jon the Tinkerer (Smelter), Markos, Bane of Beasts (Archer), Njoror Battleborn (Armorer/Scoutwright), Oyvind Tall-tree (Performer), and Varpnir (Archer).

Tips
- On the Isle of Siptah, without caravan traders, you must resort to truncheoning thralls in the wilderness and looting legendary weapons from dungeons, bosses, and treasure chests.
- The offerings from the slave trader and basic supplies trader change regularly, so check back every hour and two hours, respectively.
