Horse Locations & How To Tame

Alright, so you're looking to get yourself a horse in Conan Exiles, huh? Smart move! They're super useful for getting around faster and carrying more stuff. But here's the thing: you won't find adult horses just chilling out in the wild. You'll actually be looking for 'Foals' – think of them as baby horses. You gotta tame these little guys and raise 'em up.

Where to Find Foals:

The most common spots to find these younglings are in a few specific areas on the map. Keep an eye out:

• Between the K5/K6 map quadrants, not too far from the Pitfall Pass vista.
• Inside the G9 map quadrant, just north of The Breach ruins.
• Between the B10/C10 map quadrants, northwest of the Riversend vista.

Once you're in one of these zones, just roam around a bit, and you should spot a Foal ready for you to start the taming process.

How to Tame Your Horse:

Found a Foal? Awesome! Now, to actually get it to be your loyal steed, you need to tame it. First, you'll 'pick up' the Foal by pressing the 'E' key. This puts it right into your inventory. But heads up, it's still just a Foal at this point, not ready to be ridden.

What you need to do next is build some Stables. You can craft these using Shaped Wood, Brick, and Twine. Once you've got your Stables built, place the Foal inside.

Now, for the important part: feeding! You'll need to give your Foal some food, like Plant Fiber or Berries, to help it grow and complete the taming. After a bit of time passes, your Foal will mature into a full-grown Horse, ready for adventure!

Just grab your Horse from the Stables, slap a Saddle on it, and you'll be zipping across the Exiled Lands in no time. Seriously, the speed boost is a game-changer.
