Discover the branching timeline of Command & Conquer: Red Alert 3, from Einstein's Time Machine to the rise of the Empire of the Rising Sun.

The narrative begins with Albert Einstein creating a Time Machine with the intention of erasing Adolf Hitler. However, this action inadvertently leads to the USSR conquering Asia and Eastern Europe with little opposition. The Allies eventually defeat the Soviets. Subsequently, the USSR invades the USA, believing the Americans were responsible for their previous defeat. The Americans and other Allied Nations unite to defeat the USSR again.

Following two defeats by the Allies, the Soviets construct their own Time Machine to erase Einstein, aiming to eliminate the technological advantage the Allies possessed. With both Einstein and Hitler removed from history, the Soviets become the dominant power in the conflict between the Allies and Soviets. However, the absence of Einstein's advanced technology allows a new power, the Empire of the Rising Sun, to emerge without fear of Allied technological superiority. This results in three factions vying for global conquest.
