Use Terror Drones to destroy incoming Guardian Tanks, Prospectors, and IFVs. Clear northern Guardian Tanks and have Moskvin use his Terror Drones on north Refineries. Return Drones to the start.

Utilize the available Twinblades, Tesla Tanks, and Kirov Airships to attack Fort Bradley. Start by destroying the western Ore Refinery and its Turret. Target rear Refineries, prioritizing Turrets first. Kirov Airships should draw Anti-Air fire while bombing Boot Camps and Armour Facilities. Use Terror Drones on base armour and Tesla Tanks to destroy structures once enemy units are cleared. If Tesla Tanks are promoted, use Twinblades.

After a cutscene, transport remaining Tesla Tanks to the new Base and construct a Crane. Build a Tesla Coil near the ramp and Flak Towers for air defense. Purchase Orbital Drop for Tanya and optionally Magnetic Satellite to move Allied forces guarding the Stock Exchange. Upgrade Technology, train Engineers, and build Akulas to counter Allied Ships. Natasha can snipe ships for Engineers to capture.

Assault Fort Bradley island. Clear enemies guarding the Stock Exchange and capture it along with the Hospital. Deploy Sputniks near Ore Nodes for resources. Defend the base with War Bears against Paratroopers, which attack Red Base, Fort Bradley island, and Green Base.

For the Statue of Liberty assault, use the Vacuum Imploder on Seaports to neutralize Allied naval presence. Target Airbases, Armour Facilities, Boot Camps, and Superweapons. Harass Allied Prospectors with Akulas and destroy all Power Plants to disable defenses. Destroy the primary and secondary Construction Yards on the island.

Use Dreadnoughts to bombard defenses. Launch a mass attack on the Statue of Liberty using Conscripts via Bullfrogs or Kirov Airships. Alternatively, have Natasha laser-paint the Statue from the Allied Ore Nodes, ensuring aircraft are present for visibility.
