As Soviets, build a Crusher Crane, then sell it after building a War Factory and Super Reactor.

Use Sickles to leap onto enemy infantry.

Use Mortar Cycles to flush out garrisoned infantry.

If Moskvin attempts to move his MCV (Mobile Construction Vehicle), use a Reaper to leap onto it for an instant destruction, or use a Terror Drone to infect it.

As Allies, Vindicators may be able to bomb Moskvin's base in time.

As Imperials, the Chopper-VX/Tengu combination may work if Moskvin does not build an Airfield.

ArabianSharkCT's Soviet strategy: Build a Reactor, Refinery, then Flak Cannons. Double up on Flak Cannons and build an Airfield. Build MiGs for scouting. Secure Oil Derricks by transporting an Engineer and Conscripts via Twinblade, garrison Conscripts in a nearby house, and garrison Flak Troopers in another house for deterrence. Fly Twinblades north to destroy Moskvin's Reactors and Super Reactor, then deal with other structures and chase his MCV if it moves.

Hezzara's Soviet strategy: Build a Crane, two Reactors, two Refineries, a War Factory, and a Super Reactor. Sell the initial Reactors and Crane. Build 5 Sickles and move them west to attack Moskvin's Ore Collectors. Simultaneously build Hammer Tanks. Push through the front after destroying collectors. Use Sickles against his Airfield. If Kirovs are a threat, pack up your MCV and move it to sea.
