Zombie, Ctulhu, Akmodan II.

A walkthrough for Castlevania: Rondo of Blood, guiding you through Orlox's Quarters and the Inverted Castle to defeat the boss Akmodan II and obtain the Rib of Vlad.

After returning to Orlox's Quarters through the red door, head left. The next room contains Ghost Dancers and a Malachi. Avoid the Malachi's green projectile. After a connecting room, you'll find a red door on the left and a drop-off. The red door leads to the area's teleporter.

Drop down and hug the right side to find pots containing a Shield Potion, Luck Potion, and Manna Prism. At the bottom, spikes on the ceiling are now an obstacle. You can equip the Spike Breaker armor, use the Mist form, or double jump over them. Be wary of a Ghost Dancer positioned to disrupt your jump. In a pot at the end of the spike room, you'll find an Aquamarine. An opening is above where the Aquamarine was.

In the large room, you'll encounter several Karasuman, now regular enemies. Their rare drop is a ring. To proceed, enter the door on the top left. In this new room, you'll face Flying Zombies, which are challenging when their upper body separates. A Ctulhu is also present. A Life Max Up is found in the next section. Continue to encounter more Zombies and Ctulhu. In this area, by the third candle, a breakable floor leads to a secret room containing a Heart Refresh, which replenishes 500 hearts. It's recommended to save this item until you obtain the Duplicator.

Leave the secret room and head right, through the door connecting Orlox's Quarters to the Royal Chapel. Backtrack to the large room and take the top left entryway again. This room is linear and leads to the Alucard Mail, completing the set of Alucard's starting equipment. Leave this room, fly down, and use the save room. After clearing these three areas and obtaining map coverage, head to the bottom left of the large room to face the boss.

In the hallway before the boss door, a Shuriken is located above. Proceed to face Akmodan II.

AKMODAN II

Akmodan II is the final normal boss. Equip the Topaz Circlet to mitigate poison damage from his yellow gas cloud attack. His primary attack is a slow, stretchy hand thrust. He is vulnerable to multiple attacks. Upon defeat, he disintegrates, and you receive the Rib of Vlad, the last required relic to fight Dracula. In the boss room, a door on the right leads to a room containing a Heart Max Up.

With all main areas explored, it's time to ensure all map coverage is complete, especially in water areas. Once housekeeping is done, proceed to the Clock Room, the area visited before Orlox's Quarters.
